The purpose of this site is for me to track my progress overall in four different areas of my life. therapy, weight lifting, diet and cardio.
- Reach and maintain single digit body fat by the end of the year.
- Squat 275 for 20 reps.
- Completeing daily therapy routine
- Complete balace test withour errors.
- improve calf stretching
- Improve walking backwards. (develop left hamstring)
- drink a gallon of water a day
- eat 6 meal per day
- Stay close to a 40/40/20 macronutriet ratio.
- Do either HIIT and or Steay state cardio 6 times per week.
