Purpose

The purpose of this site is for me to track my progress overall in four different areas of my life. therapy, weight lifting, diet and cardio.

Fitness goals

  1. Reach and maintain single digit body fat by the end of the year.
  2. Squat 275 for 20 reps.

Therapy goals

  1. Completeing daily therapy routine
  2. Complete balace test withour errors.
  3. improve calf stretching
  4. Improve walking backwards.  (develop left hamstring)

Diet Goals:

  1. drink a gallon of water a day
  2. eat 6 meal per day
  3. Stay close to a 40/40/20 macronutriet ratio.

Cardio goals

  1. Do either HIIT and or Steay state cardio 6 times per week.
